• The Scenario: A homeowner completed a living room refurbishment but was left with fine dust on every surface, paint splatters on floors, and needed new shelves installed.

• Our Role: We provided a full post-construction clean and handyman finishing services.

• The Process & Details:

  1. Assessment & Quotation: We visited the site, provided a fixed-price quote for both cleaning and installation work.

  2. Systematic Cleaning: We executed a top-to-bottom clean, including dusting all walls and fixtures, vacuuming and mopping floors, and cleaning windows.

  3. Precision Installation: We followed by installing and levelling a set of floating shelves as per the homeowner's specification.

  4. Final Inspection: We conducted a walk-through with the homeowner to ensure every detail met our shared standard.

Project 2: End-of-Tenancy Refresh & Minor Repairs

• The Scenario: A rental property needed to be turned around quickly for new tenants. The list included a full deep clean, carpet stain treatment, and repairing a broken cupboard door.

• Our Role: We acted as the single point of contact to restore the property to a pristine, move-in ready condition.

• The Process & Details:

  1. Scope Finalisation: We agreed on a detailed checklist with the letting agent, covering both cleaning and repair items.

  2. Multi-Task Execution: Our team performed the deep clean (kitchen degreasing, bathroom descaling, carpet cleaning) while simultaneously repairing and re-hanging the cupboard door.

  3. Landlord Standards Met: We focused on areas highlighted in deposit disputes, ensuring the property met professional inspection standards.
