OVERVIEW This website is operated by Jomad Infrastructures and interior Services. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jomad Infrastructures and interior Services. By visiting our site or purchasing our cleaning or design services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE & SERVICE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of any Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

SECTION 4 - SERVICE SCOPE & PROPERTY ACCESS: The Client agrees to provide us with safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, alarm codes, or being present to let our staff in.

Failure to Access: If we cannot gain access (e.g., incorrect codes or no key provided), we reserve the right to charge a "Failed Access" fee of up to 50% of the service cost to cover staff time.

Security: If we hold your keys, we will store them securely without identifying addresses on the key tags for your protection.

SECTION 5 - CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING  Cooling-Off Period: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel services booked online.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the start time, you agree to pay a cancellation charge.

Urgent Services: If you request the service to begin within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you waive your full refund right for any work already completed.

SECTION 6 - PRICING & MODIFICATIONS Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service at any time without liability to you.

SECTION 7 - INTERIOR DESIGN & COLOUR ACCURACY We make every effort to display the colors and images of our design work accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the real-life result, as lighting and screen settings vary.

SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS Certain content available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites.

SECTION 10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to service descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information.

SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to interfere with the security features of the Service.

SECTION 13 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Reasonable Care: We will provide services using reasonable care and skill in line with industry standards.

Liability Cap: Our liability for any accidental damage to your property is limited to the total fees paid for that specific service, unless the damage is caused by our proven gross negligence.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding services not carried out with reasonable care.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jomad Infrastructures and interior Services from any claim made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or void, that provision shall be severed, but the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
